32. A hooded man

A hooded man

A young woman, dressed in green
Paused by thoughts, watches the scene

Looks out for signs; mist rolls in
Covers the trees, moves within

She looks across; stares through fields
She will not stop, will not yield

Her glance gazes. Touches
the skin of him, meets his eye

Refuses to glance away
She waits now – what will he say?
